At SureDrop, we work hard to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Still, if something goes wrong — we're here to make it right.
Please read our return, refund, and cancellation policy carefully before ordering.

✅ Eligible Returns

We accept returns only under these conditions:

You received a wrong, damaged, or defective product

You raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery

You provide valid photo or unboxing video proof

📦 Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal dislike, or delay in delivery by courier.

🔄 Return Process

WhatsApp or Email us with your Order ID and proof
Our team will verify and approve your return request
If eligible, we’ll guide you through the return steps
In select cases, return shipping may be required

💸 Refunds

Refunds are issued only after verification of the returned/damaged product

Refunds are processed via UPI or Bank Transfer within 5–7 working days

We do not refund in cash or to any third-party wallet

⚠️ If your return is rejected due to invalid reason or proof, refund will not be issued.

🚫 Items NOT Eligible for Return or Refund

Opened, used, or damaged products due to customer handling

Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery

Orders rejected at delivery without valid reason

Missing unboxing video (in case of damage/defect claim)

🛑 Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled

❗ Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in your number being blocked from future orders.
